Each of our products is crafted with care and to order. Orders takes approximately three days to design and prepare for shipment. Shipping times generally range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We also provide expedited shipping options for quicker delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds on items that are damaged or defective, provided the request is made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and still in their original packaging. Refunds are issued promptly after the returned product is inspected. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Yes, definitely! We offer private DIY workshops that you can book for your group. Please be aware that our studio is located in Las Vegas, NV, and at this time, all events are hosted at the client’s location. We are working on expanding our available venues soon. Until then, we provide DIY Party kits that can be shipped directly to you, making it easy to create a fun and interactive experience at your own venue outside of Nevada.
